Relaxation Massage
Swedish style massage using oil or lotion to relax tired sore muscles. Deeply relaxing.
Clinical Massage
A deeper style of massage incorporating multiple techniques to help recover from new and old injuries, habitual postural problems and pain.
Insurance Billing
Some of our providers can accept health, auto or L&I insurance for your massage services. Please contact us for specific details. A prescription from a doctor or chiropractor is required.
Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is a variation on classic massage therapy. Heated smooth, flat stones are placed on key points on the body. The massage therapist may also hold the stones and use them to massage certain areas of the body.
Reiki/Energy methods
Reiki is an ancient laying-on of hands healing technique that uses the life force energy to heal, balancing the subtle energies within our bodies. Reiki addresses physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances.
Trager Approach
The Trager Approach is a gentle and effective approach to movement education and mind/body integration. It helps release deep-seated physical and mental patterns and facilitates deep relaxation, increased physical mobility, and mental clarity.
Onsite Chair Massage
Our providers can come you your event or place of business with a portible massage chair. Great for employee wellness benefits and productivity. A 2 hour minimum is required for on-site work.
