Jill is a graduate of the Cortiva Institute of Massage, 1000 hour program. She is also nationally certified through NCBTMB. She practices Relaxation massage, Deep Tissue, Structrual integration, myofascial release and Hot Stone Massage.
Jill became interested in massage because of a low back injury. She found through massage and physical therapy, she was able to encourage healing without surgery. Since that time she has become an advocate of regular massage, and believes everone can benefit from it.
Through CE classes, Jill continues to expand her knowledge in all areas of massage and Natural Therapies.
