Cathy is a 2009 graduate of the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in Seattle.  She has received regular massage therapy for years and knows firsthand the stress-relieving and pain-relieving benefits of massage. 

She was drawn to massage therapy as a career when she saw friends struggling with sports-related injuries, long physical rehabilitation processes, and long periods away from the activities they enjoy.  Her massage approach is to be as specific as necessary to relieve pain or treat an injury, while still providing a relaxing experience for you as a whole.

In her free time, Cathy enjoys spending as much time as possible in her sea kayak.
